Zones of Passage explores the overlooked edges of the urban landscape. Influenced by psychogeography and the drifting eye of a skater, the series moves through forgotten car parks, fenced-off rooftops, and concrete voids, tracing the emotional residue left behind by architecture and absence. These liminal zones, reveal how space holds power even when abandoned. Working in an abstract expressionist style, the series captures the raw movement and fragmented impressions of passing through these charged sites. It reflects on how we experience the built environment not just physically, but emotionally, feeling the tension between presence and disappearance, belonging and exclusion, freedom and control.
