Prints: How much does shipping cost and how is it calculated?
All prints are shipped directly from The Print Space, and shipping costs depend on your location.

Will I Get A Certificate Of Authenticity?
Yes. Every Limited Edition print is signed and comes with a certificate of authenticity before it is dispatched, ensuring authenticity and exclusivity.
Will you commission a custom piece?
Santhanha accepts a limited number of private commissions each year. Every artwork is bespoke, created in line with her artistic style and values, with availability depending on studio capacity.

I see an artwork I like but it’s not available as a print — can I request to buy it as a print?
Yes! If you’d like a print of an artwork that isn’t currently listed, please get in touch. You can either use the contact form on the website or email me directly at s.smallnguyen@gmail.com.
When making your request, please include:

How do I check the status and shipping times of my order?
Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email followed by tracking details when it ships. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but you can always follow your order’s progress with the tracking link provided. Please see 'Terms of Service' for further information.
Can I change something in my order?
If you need to make a change, please contact me as soon as possible. Orders go into production quickly with theprintspace, so changes may only be possible if your print has not yet been processed.
What is your refund policy?

How will my order arrive?
Original Paintings are shipped using a courier service.
Prints are shipped directly from the lab (The Print Space) and are packaged securely to protect your artwork.

Flat prints are sent in sturdy board-backed envelopes or rigid packaging, depending on size.

Larger prints may be shipped rolled in tubes if that’s safer for the format.
You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched, so you can monitor its progress.

Will I need to pay customs duties or import taxes?
For international orders, your print will be shipped directly from The Print Space and declared at its full purchase value, as required by law. This means that depending on your country, customs duties, import taxes, or VAT may apply upon delivery. These fees are set by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Unfortunately, neither I nor The Print Space can adjust or falsify customs documents to reduce these charges. We recommend checking your local import regulations if you’re unsure what to expect.
