Will I Get A Certificate Of Authenticity?
To preserve the integrity of works that rise in value over time, originals and limited editions are the only works that arrive with a certificate of authenticity. Please sign up to the mailing list or follow on social media for new releases.
Open edition prints do not come with a certificate of authenticity.
My print has arrived damaged

Will you commission a custom piece?
Currently, Santhanha is not taking commissions. The best way to secure an original is to purchase from her series or one off piece releases to her mailing list.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS AND SHIPPING TIMES OF MY ORDER?
All processing times can be located within the product descriptions. Once your order is submitted, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation means we have added your order to our production schedule. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking. information.
Can I change something in my order?
Due to the nature of the packaging process, we are unable to make an exchange of artwork after checkout, so be sure to choose your perfect piece with great care.
A change of shipping address cannot be guaranteed after 24 hours when the purchase has been made.
Will my print be hand signed?
Open edition prints do not arrive signed. Limited edition prints will be titled and signed in the border beneath the image.
Santhanha releases new works to her mailing list a few times a year, usually as a series. Single works also come available from time to time. In all cases, the mailing list is notified before hand so collectors can be ready for secure a piece at its release date and time.

Within your pitch, please include the aim of the organisation and the selected event with deadlines for artwork completion, delivery and showcase day.
Santhanha will get in touch with you as soon as possible to arrange a Zoom meeting and dive into the details!
Please note that if the artwork cannot be collected or delivered in person, a shipment fee for the artwork will be required.
