TERMS OF SERVICE
Intellectual Property Notice
1. Rights to artwork remain the sole property of SANTHANHA NGUYEN LTD including after purchase. This includes the purchase of originals, commissions, prints and current and/or future reproductions of any kind.
2. The purchase of any item, original or otherwise, does not grant the customer permission to mint the piece into an NFT, print and distribute in any form or reproduce in any way by means of profit and/or otherwise.
3. Collectors may not reproduce artwork in any way without express written permission from the artist. Posting images of the items purchased on social media are always welcome and does not breach this clause.
Liability
1. We are not liable for goods once they are in the possession of the collector. It is not our duty to refund, exchange, replace or compensate by any means for the damage of products that have been mishandled by customers. For example: smudging fingerprints on the white border, tearing fine art prints, damaging works, etc.
2. As guaranteed under consumer protections, compensation for damage is due if/when damaged products are received when impacted by postal services and/or faulty merchandise has been dispatched. Every print is inspected several times before clearing quality control for shipment and only pristine purchased reproductions are packaged for you to enjoy.
3. Please read the product descriptions thoroughly and carefully. It is not our duty to compensate customers who do not read the information provided in the product description prior to purchase. All prints come with borders that are included in the final size of the listing.
Shipping Policy
1. The processing times of each item can be found within the product descriptions. Please note that on occasion, delays in dispatching orders may occur if artwork is going viral on social media. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience and thank you greatly for your patience.
2. If you need a change of address, we must be alerted within 24 hours of purchase in order to guarantee a redirect. We are unable to change the address once it has dispatched. Please contact us through the contact page as soon as possible.
3. Responsibility for incorrect Shipping Address:

SANTHANHA NGUYEN Ltd is not responsible if a package is not delivered because the customer provided an incorrect shipping address during checkout.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the address they provide is complete and accurate to avoid delivery issues. If there’s a mistake in the address that causes the package to be undelivered (e.g., missing apartment number, wrong street name), the SANTHANHA NGUYEN will not be held accountable.

Returns, Replacements and Refunds
1. Refund policy and restocking fees:
If you decide to return an item for a refund, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. This means you'll only get 80% of what you paid for the product back. Additionally, shipping costs will not be refunded, meaning if you paid for shipping to receive the product, you won’t get that money back.
We have a 14-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Before returning, we recommend packaging the print exactly as it was on arrival. This will minimise the likelihood of any damage in transit.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at s.smallnguyen@gmail.com.
As per United Kingdom consumer protection laws, shipping fees on all returned items are not covered by SANTHANHA NGUYEN Ltd. Return shipping fees will be paid by the customer. A refund will be issued as soon as your print arrives and we confirm it is damage-free. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
3. Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like original art pieces, framed paper and framed canvas prints. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
4. Exchanges:
We do not accept exchanges. The fastest way to process an exchange is to return the item and once the return is accepted and refunded, you can make a separate purchase for the new item. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it in order to get a refund.
Please note that restocking fees will be subtracted from the original amount paid for the product. Please refer to 'Refunds and Restocking fee' section.
Duties and taxes
The studio is operated in the UNITED KINGDOM and is not liable for import fees on any products purchased. This includes but is not limited to the commissioning of a custom piece, originals and fine art merchandise.
Any applicable taxes and duties are not included in the checkout total. These are determined by the customs agency in the destination country. Some countries charge import taxes while others do not. The customs agency will notify the recipient either by mail, phone, or email to pay these charges, so that the shipment can continue to its destination.
It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any duties, value added tax or other similar charges. If you refuse to pay these additional amounts, your delivery will be returned to us. Provided that the product is in its original condition, we will refund you the cost of your purchase (minus the costs of shipping to your country).
Items are declared at purchase value for exporting and under no circumstance will documents be falsified at your request.
